Good morning,
Schwab & Fidelity experienced Cost Basis file delivery delays this morning. Cost Basis files have now been received from Schwab & Fidelity and are being processed at this time. Our team is working to mitigate delays and complete Cost Basis file application timely and accurately.
Please be diligent in checking the Tax Center App 'Interfaces' Tab to verify the status of your Cost Basis files this morning. Also, please feel free to reach out to the SME Cost Basis Team if you have further questions regarding the status of your Cost Basis files. Please make sure to re-sync any accounts receiving tax lot quantity errors in Eclipse this morning prior to reaching out, as it is likely a timing issue with the files being delayed.
