Update

Hello,

We are still experiencing potential reconciliation delays across a number of custodians due to a 3rd party issue impacting Orion as well as some of our custodial partners.

Please be diligent in checking the status of your daily reconciliation this morning by monitoring the Reconciliation Status app. Completing daily reconciliation in a timely and accurate manner is our top priority.

This incident will be resolved upon all expected files being received. In the event not all expected files are received by COB, this incident will be resolved tomorrow or when all files have been received.
