We are currently monitoring an industry-wide issue affecting SMS delivery through a third-party provider, which may prevent some users from receiving login verification codes. The provider has acknowledged intermittent disruptions impacting certain U.S. carriers.

At this time, this is not specific to Orion and may affect services across multiple platforms. We are actively tracking the situation and working with our provider to receive updates.

As a workaround, users can use alternate authentication methods, such as email or an authenticator app, where available.
