Schwab Trading Activity: We are aware of an issue impacting some Schwab trading activity from yesterday. Due to a technical issue at Schwab, a subset of trades and allocations may not have been fully processed or reflected in overnight files. At this time, there is limited visibility into which trades were successfully processed versus still pending at Schwab. As a result, some accounts may show unallocated orders or incomplete trade activity.
What this means for you: Before placing any new trades in Schwab accounts today, we strongly recommend reviewing your trade confirmations to confirm that all prior trading activity from yesterday was fully processed. This may require manual verification with the custodian. We are actively coordinating with Schwab and our internal reconciliation teams to better understand the scope and resolution of this issue. Additional updates will be shared as more information becomes available. Thank you for your patience.
Unresolved Allocations from 3/25 instructions: Review blocks executed on 3/25/2026 that are in a New - Sent status on the blocks. Traders should contact Schwab to understand if the block order was filled, the quantity that was filled, and the average price. Edit the block in the Orion system, updating the block status to filled, and enter the average price. Then right click the block order and quick allocate to allocate the block.
