Earlier this afternoon, we encountered network connectivity issues for approximately one hour that impacted some clients’ ability to use our trading applications and connect to our API. The issue was resolved at 2:45 p.m. CT and clients can now access all Orion platforms as usual. We apologize for the inconvenience and take the performance and reliability of our platforms very seriously.

We have identified an issue that may prevent users from accessing the Eclipse platform and users already connected may encounter slowness or the inability to launch Apps or features.
